Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bovada Casino, including our website, mobile web application, cashier, games, promotions, and support services. 1. Agreement Overview

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each account holder is entitled to one account. Household members may each hold their own account, but multiple accounts controlled by the same person or run from the same device with intent to duplicate promotions are treated as a breach. If we identify duplicate accounts, we close them all and forfeit any balance under those accounts pending review.

2.2 Prohibited Regions

Access from certain countries and territories is not permitted regardless of your personal residence. 3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and payment credentials confidential. All activity conducted through a correctly authenticated session is treated as your activity. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

Network fees on cryptocurrency withdrawals are borne by us up to a reasonable ceiling; unusually large network-fee spikes may be passed on with prior notification. Bank wire and check-by-courier withdrawals may incur third-party processing fees; those are shown before you confirm the transaction. Minimum deposit is $10 for card and crypto; minimum withdrawal is $20 for crypto and card, $500 for bank wire, and $100 for check.

4.1 Deposit Limits

You can set a monthly deposit limit from the responsible gambling controls. The limit applies as an aggregate across every payment method attached to the account. Lowering a limit is immediate. Raising a limit takes effect only 24 hours after the request.

4.2 Withdrawal Review

All withdrawals are reviewed by our compliance team before payment. Standard review completes within 24 to 48 hours. Larger withdrawals may take longer if additional documentation is required. First-time withdrawals include KYC review; subsequent withdrawals on the verified account process faster.

4.3 Withdrawal Caps

Standard weekly withdrawal cap is $9,500 aggregate. Higher caps apply to Diamond and Black tiers of Bovada Rewards. Larger single wins are paid in weekly instalments up to the applicable cap; you can request an accelerated payout schedule and it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Bonus Terms

Bonuses are subject to promotion-specific terms in addition to these account terms. Standard rules apply to every bonus: 25 times wagering on deposit plus bonus unless otherwise specified; slots contribute 100 percent, video poker 5 percent, table games 5 percent or 0 percent by title, live dealer 0 percent; maximum bet during wagering is $10 per spin or hand; bonuses cannot be combined; only one welcome package per account, per household, per IP, per payment instrument. Bonus abuse includes patterns of deposit-and-cashout cycling, using the bonus to hedge with off-site risk, or repeated coordinated multi-account activity.

5.1 Voiding Bonuses

A bonus is voided if you withdraw from the deposit balance before completing wagering, if you exceed the maximum bet cap during wagering, if you play excluded games while the bonus is active, or if we identify bonus abuse. A voided bonus removes the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it; the underlying deposit remains yours to withdraw.

5.2 Bonus Duration

Bonuses expire if wagering is not completed within the promotion window; the default is 30 days from bonus activation unless the specific promotion sets a shorter or longer window. Free spins expire 7 days after grant unless the promotion sets a different window.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited on any account and are grounds for closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool that masks or manipulates your real location.
  • Providing false or misleading account information at registration or at any later point.
  • Placing bets or playing games on behalf of a third party.
  • Transferring money between player accounts other than through the sanctioned voucher method.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the game software or the cashier.
  • Automated play, bots, scripting, or any tool that plays for you.
  • Colluding with other accounts in games with player-versus-player elements.
  • Opening a chargeback with your card issuer while our internal complaint process is still available.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Bovada Casino, including software, games, graphics, text, and trademarks, is owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view content, play games, and download software for personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the content or software without written permission. 8. Fair Play and Game Integrity

If a game malfunctions during a round, the round is voided, any bet is refunded, and any win from the malfunctioning round is void. 9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any disputes are subject to arbitration under section 10 above, and the arbitration proceeds under Anjouan law regardless of any conflict-of-laws principle that might otherwise apply. Bovada Casino and its affiliates are not liable for any complaint or claim brought under the laws of a jurisdiction other than Anjouan.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The internal complaint escalation path is described on our complaints page. In summary: contact support first; if not resolved, request escalation to the complaints team; if still not resolved, request the final response; then, if you disagree with the final response, follow the arbitration path in section 10, or escalate to the licensor as described on the complaints page.

13. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support and confirming closure in writing. Any remaining balance will be paid out through your last verified withdrawal method after any active bonus wagering or KYC review is complete. We may close accounts for breach of these terms, for regulatory reasons, or if the account has been fully dormant for two years. Where we close for breach, we retain the right to withhold balances pending investigation as set out in these terms.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms where the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, network outages caused by third parties, or pandemic-related disruption. Where a force majeure event affects the ability to complete a withdrawal, we resume processing as soon as reasonably practicable and communicate updates to affected accounts.

15. Marketing Communications

By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications from us for security, cashier, and account-safety purposes. Marketing communications are opt-in and can be turned off from account settings at any time without affecting your ability to play. 16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include links to third-party services such as payment processors, verification providers, and independent responsible gambling resources. These are provided for convenience and their use is governed by the terms of the third party. 17. Amendments to These Terms
